🎯 Job Purpose

This role is responsible for leading the Workplace Services strategy and execution, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across facilities and service delivery. You will oversee facility management, vendor coordination, and workplace experience initiatives while ensuring alignment with company standards and service excellence.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workplace service delivery aligned with service standards
  • Lead regional workplace operations with a small team
  • Oversee facility management, cleaning, and fleet services
  • Coordinate and manage third-party service providers
  • Develop and implement strategies for FM contractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company governance
  • Own and manage regional budgets and cost structures
  • Drive workplace improvements and change initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors
  • Support international visitor arrangements and visa processes
  • Conduct performance reviews of service providers

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Facilities Management / General Affairs
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Proven experience managing teams and external vendors
