Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer – Deposit to drive customer acquisition, grow the deposit portfolio, and build long-term client relationships. This role focuses on expanding liability products (CASA & Term Deposits) while ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition strategies to build a strong deposit portfolio
• Achieve assigned targets for CASA / SA / TD on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Develop and manage a diversified deposit mix between CASA and Term Deposits
• Build and lead a deposit mobilization team (including freelancers/brand ambassadors)
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products
• Ensure daily deposit mobilization and NTB (New-to-Bank) account opening targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to retain clients
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure service excellence
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure compliance with bank policies

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of deposit products (CASA & Term Deposits)
• Knowledge of banking fundamentals and portfolio growth strategies
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, banking, or customer management (preferred)
