The Manager Sales – MDC will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and enhancing team performance within the assigned market.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Increase turnover per customer through effective sales strategies

Develop and expand new potential buying customers

Lead, coach, and develop sales team capabilities

Coordinate closely with Head Office and store operations for aligned business outcomes

Gather and analyze sales force feedback and customer requirements

Maintain in-store engagement and collect real-time customer feedback

Identify and evaluate target group customers for business development

Monitor customer performance and sales KPIs at both individual and group levels

Plan and execute events, promotions, and district-level sales activities

Analyze promotion effectiveness and competitor activities

Maintain coordination meetings with store management and regional teams
