We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head Sales & Services to lead business growth, manage strategic accounts, and strengthen customer relationships across assigned industries in Sialkot. The role serves as the primary commercial lead for the region, ensuring revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and exceptional customer experience.


Job Purpose

To onboard, grow, and retain key accounts within assigned city and industry segments while driving revenue, expanding product adoption (Cloud, DICT/Solutions, Mobility, Fixed/Connectivity), and ensuring high-quality post-sales service delivery. This role acts as the central commercial interface for customers and a field leadership champion.


Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Account Management

  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets for revenue, gross margin, and new account acquisition
  • Lead expansion strategies within assigned key accounts
  • Develop and execute regional industry-wise sales plans
  • Monitor performance weekly and adjust strategies proactively

2. Industry Coverage & Execution Discipline

  • Ensure proper account tagging and industry segmentation in coordination with IGPD
  • Identify and close market white spaces across the region
  • Maintain updated account plans including stakeholders, opportunities, and risks
  • Secure customer references to strengthen market credibility

3. Pipeline Development & Deal Execution

  • Drive daily prospecting and structured sales cadence
  • Conduct weekly pipeline and deal reviews to ensure strong coverage and win rates
  • Improve pipeline velocity through disciplined follow-ups and engagement

4. Solution Selling & Bid Management

  • Lead customer discovery across business, technical, and financial dimensions
  • Position integrated solutions (Cloud + Network + DICT offerings)
  • Collaborate with Solutions & Delivery teams for proposals, demos, PoCs, and SOW development

5. Strategic Partnerships

  • Engage with CSPs, SIs, and ISPs for co-selling opportunities
  • Align joint account strategies with Cloud and Partnership teams
  • Convert partner leads into revenue opportunities

6. Market Intelligence & Feedback

  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and win/loss insights
  • Provide structured feedback to product and strategy teams to refine offerings

7. Cash Flow & Customer Experience

  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and dispute resolution
  • Manage customer satisfaction in coordination with delivery and service teams
  • Handle escalations and service issues proactively

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)

Experience

  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or key account management
