At Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd., the Relationship Officer Asset plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving asset growth. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering tailored loan solutions, and ensuring responsible lending practices aligned with bank policies.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as per SOPs
• Promote and sell banking products while ensuring ethical and compliant sales practices
• Achieve assigned sales targets in designated areas
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Evaluate customer profiles using the 5 C’s of Credit
• Conduct physical verification of clients before loan approval
• Ensure timely loan repayment collection through proactive follow-ups
• Maintain proper handling of legal and customer documents
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report deviations to line manager
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product programs
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and internal controls
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activities to management immediately
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, banking, or related field
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and credit evaluation
