💼 Key Responsibilities

📈 Business Growth & Sales Strategy

• Identify trade business opportunities and design market-specific sales strategies
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of trade prospects
• Drive business development initiatives to achieve assigned targets
• Conduct regular client meetings (new, existing, and dormant accounts)
• Maximize FX business from non-borrowing clients
• Partner with Branch Managers, Credit Hubs, and internal teams to boost trade penetration
• Lead trade campaigns, seminars, and client engagement sessions
• Analyze portfolio performance and provide actionable insights
• Ensure full ownership of trade & FX revenue at client level

🤝 Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as a bridge between clients and Trade Operations for seamless service delivery
• Coordinate with treasury desks for competitive FX pricing
• Collaborate with internal units (CTP, PSU, TBML, FI) for efficient transaction turnaround
• Strengthen relationships with trade finance decision-makers

⚖️ Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure strict adherence to KYC, TBML, and internal policies
• Comply with SBP regulations and foreign exchange requirements
• Monitor overdue export bills and ensure timely realization
• Follow up on import transactions to avoid regulatory penalties

⭐ Customer Experience

• Deliver professional trade services aligned with client needs
• Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines

📚 Guidance & Capability Building

• Train and guide branch credit and trade operations teams
• Support NTB clients with trade advisory and onboarding

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:

• Master’s Degree

Experience Required:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance / Corporate Banking
