Establish, maintain, and expand the companyβs footprint within the corporate sector by acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and long-term client retention.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
π Sales Management
- Drive sales of Fixed Broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive, client-focused proposals.
- Onboard revenue-generating corporate clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients while maintaining strong relationships through quality service.
π New Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Explore growth opportunities within the existing client base.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Identify service gaps and proactively resolve issues to generate referrals and new activations.
π° Revenue Management
- Ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
- Maximize revenue from both existing and prospective clients through strategic initiatives.
π Customer Retention & Churn Management
- Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, analyzing root causes.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and reduce churn.
- Address service, billing, or operational issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent qualification

- Minimum 1β2 years of relevant experience preferred
