The Relationship Officer – Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving asset-based business growth. This role focuses on understanding customer financial needs, offering suitable loan products, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with the bank’s policies and ethical standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as per bank SOPs
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Ensure ethical sales practices and avoid irregular lending activities
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
• Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to clients
• Conduct physical verification of customers for loan processing
• Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain 100% collection standards
• Promote and market bank products effectively
• Maintain proper handling of customer documents and confidentiality
• Avoid cash handling unless strictly compliant with bank policies
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in coordination with line manager
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product requirements
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal SOPs
• Monitor market trends and suggest improvements
• Maintain high service standards and avoid customer complaints
• Report any fraud or suspicious activity to management

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred)
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and market dynamics
