Step into a growth-driving role where relationship-building meets smart lending strategy. As a Senior Relationship Manager – Retail Lending, you’ll be the bridge between customers and opportunity—fueling portfolio growth, managing credit risk, and delivering top-tier banking experiences.


🚀 Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Credit Initiation

  • Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new retail lending prospects
  • Master and promote all Retail Lending products, pricing, and service features
  • Structure and negotiate credit facilities tailored to customer needs while optimizing bank returns
  • Prepare and coordinate quality credit proposals with Credit Factory
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financials, market position, and collateral
  • Achieve assigned product and portfolio growth targets
  • Build strong client relationships through regular visits and engagement
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities

Data Analysis & Documentation

  • Review client financial statements, credit history, and account behavior
  • Collect and verify all pre & post-approval documentation
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Credit Factory throughout the approval cycle
  • Continuously assess and escalate operational and credit risks

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC / AML and regulatory policies
  • Monitor portfolio risk and ensure proper utilization of credit facilities
  • Stay updated with State Bank of Pakistan regulations
  • Track account performance and flag early warning signals
  • Maintain strong portfolio hygiene including renewals, documentation, and reporting
  • Ensure timely recovery of dues, markup, and commissions

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Deliver high-quality service to both new and existing clients
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Branch Network, Risk, CAD, etc.) to enhance turnaround time (TAT)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or related discipline)

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Retail Lending / Banking
