As a Business Manager – B2G, you will drive business development, partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives across the government sector. This role blends consulting, strategy, and execution to build scalable solutions aligned with Jazz’s digital growth vision.

You will work closely with the Regional Head B2G and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that unlock new revenue streams and strengthen Jazz’s position in government projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships within the government sector to unlock new business opportunities
• Lead business development initiatives to achieve revenue growth and yearly targets
• Design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with Jazz’s digital roadmap
• Develop strategic partnerships & consortiums for vertical ecosystem growth
• Act as a consultant, identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Drive adoption of IoT, Cloud, ICT, Data Analytics & Digital Financial Services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment
• Engage in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and develop winning proposals
• Stay ahead with deep insights into market trends, technology, and regulatory landscape

🧠 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Telecom, ICT, or related field
• 7–10 years of techno-commercial experience in a reputable organization
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ICT Solutions & Fixed Broadband
  • Digital Financial Services
  • Government ecosystem & regulations
• Experience with procurement, legal & compliance processes
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach
