About the Role

Interloop Holdings is looking for a motivated Trainee Executive – Quality Assurance to join its dynamic QA team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals passionate about food safety, quality systems, and laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in Food Science & Technology, Dairy Technology, or Chemistry, along with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a QA/QC laboratory environment.

This role offers a solid pathway to build expertise in industrial quality systems while contributing to high standards of product safety and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of QA systems aligned with HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22000, GMP, and GHP standards
• Perform routine microbiological and chemical testing in QA/QC laboratory settings
• Assist in test execution and automation activities using tools such as TestNG
• Maintain accurate, well-structured documentation of test results, procedures, and quality records
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and assist in defining corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product quality concerns
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and quality metrics using MS Excel and MS Word
• Support internal quality audits and contribute to external audit readiness
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with industry regulations, food safety standards, and QA best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

• Quality Assurance & Quality Control fundamentals
• Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, GHP, FSSC)
• Laboratory testing (microbiological & chemical analysis)
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving ability
• Documentation and reporting accuracy
• Familiarity with Test Automation tools (TestNG preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
• Team collaboration and communication skills
