We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Relationship Manager to strengthen our corporate presence. The role focuses on acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing and retaining existing corporate clients through exceptional service and strategic engagement.
π Key Responsibilities
π Sales Management
- Drive sales of Fixed Broadband Products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT Solutions for B2B clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions aligned with client requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and create competitive, client-focused strategies
- Onboard revenue-generating clients and expand the existing customer base
- Upsell and cross-sell services to current clients while ensuring high satisfaction
π± New Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Explore growth opportunities within the existing client base
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Identify customer challenges proactively and resolve them to generate referrals and new activations
π° Revenue Growth
- Ensure revenue targets are consistently met
- Maximize revenue from both existing and prospective clients
- Implement strategies to enhance long-term business value
π Customer Retention & Churn Management
- Monitor activations and disconnections with detailed analysis
- Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn
- Address service, billing, or operational issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction
π Eligibility Criteria
π Education
- Bachelorβs Degree (or equivalent)
- Preferred: BS Telecom / BS Computer Science

- 2β3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
