The Relationship Manager – Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) plays a strategic role in driving asset growth while building strong, long-term client relationships. This position blends financial expertise with customer-centric service, ensuring tailored lending solutions that align with clients’ needs and business goals.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Business Growth

• Execute sales and service plans to achieve assigned targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Develop and implement market-driven sales strategies
• Promote and market asset products effectively

🤝 Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Understand client needs and offer customized financial solutions
• Ensure excellent customer service and complaint-free experience

💳 Credit & Loan Management

• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
• Conduct client verification and loan processing as per SOPs
• Ensure timely loan disbursement, repayment, and collections
• Maintain asset portfolio quality with zero default focus

🛡️ Compliance & Risk Control

• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and SBP regulations
• Avoid unethical practices such as informal lending or cash handling
• Safeguard customer documents and ensure secure processing
• Report any fraud or suspicious activity to management

👥 Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and guide Relationship Officers (Asset Sales)
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve targets
• Coordinate with operations for smooth loan disbursement
• Plan and manage field activities for maximum productivity

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance industry
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
