This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning, coordination, and operational efficiency within the Investment Banking division.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Administrative Support

• Manage the Head of IBG’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
• Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
• Maintain organized records and filing systems

🔹 Business Planning & Reporting

• Assist in developing and monitoring business strategies
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for stakeholders
• Track departmental goals and ensure alignment with overall strategy
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and provide regular progress updates

🔹 Coordination & Communication

• Serve as a central point of contact for IBG communications
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Treasury, Risk, Compliance)

🔹 Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows
• Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

🔹 Travel & Logistics

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📚 Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

💼 Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience
• Preference for candidates with similar role exposure

🎂 Age Limit:

• Up to 55 years (as of application date)
