• Manage daily operations of multiple mini stores within the region
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
• Supervise, train, and develop store managers and frontline teams

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)

💼 Experience

• 5–8 years of retail operations experience
• Multi-store management experience is mandatory
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and team management skills
