DHA Multan is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive to join its Marketing team. The role focuses on driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The selected candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization’s revenue growth and strategic objectives.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and explore new business opportunities for DHA Multan projects
- Conduct meetings with potential buyers, investors, realtors, and business partners
- Provide detailed project information including pricing, payment plans, and offers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Assist in organizing sales events, open houses, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify trends
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide after-sales support
- Coordinate with internal departments for bookings, transfers, and documentation
- Represent DHA Multan in exhibitions, meetings, and promotional activities
- Deliver effective sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
🎓 Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA/BBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools
- Preference for candidates with experience in real estate sales and client relationship management
