Job Purpose
The Grid Manager is responsible for driving major KPIs within a specific Grid, including Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development, and optimal Cell Site Utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth for 3G and 4G services, including handset sales.
Deploy new smartphone shops and enhance the quality of the existing retail network.
Ensure the quality of gross additions (3G/4G).
Identify high-potential areas to expand channels for SIM Selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, and Postpaid services.
Monitor Franchise stock levels and ensure timely purchase orders are placed to prevent stockouts.
Customer Experience & Visibility
Manage end-to-end complaint resolution, CSI monitoring, and quality assurance at the franchise level.
Coordinate trade marketing, BTL activities, brand visibility, and market splash events to increase channel awareness.
Strategic Planning
Identify untapped areas within the territory to increase retail penetration.
Assist Business Development Officers (BDOs) in planning efficient sales routes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards, Mini load, and recharge.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Head to plan localized promos for areas with low network utilization or performance.
Team Management & Supervision
Ensure retailers and staff are fully trained on company products and SOPs.
Conduct periodic market visits to verify stock availability and channel discipline.
Oversee the availability of POS (Point of Sale) materials across all outlets.
Technical Collaboration
Work closely with the regional technology team to optimize network resources, including OPEX, Site Availability, and LTE/3G/4G accessibility.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
Work Experience: Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Generic Skills: Integrity, Teamwork, Adaptability, Time Management, and strong Negotiation/Interpersonal skills.
Job-Specific Skills: Sales knowledge, Business Acumen, and proficiency in computer-specific tools.
