The Relationship Officer – Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. plays a key role in driving business growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. This role focuses on asset sales, client acquisition, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory standards.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service plans in alignment with branch targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers following bank SOPs
• Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical and compliant practices
• Promote and sell loan products to expand the customer base
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
• Clearly communicate product terms, conditions, and benefits to clients
• Conduct field visits and physical verifications of prospective customers
• Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive follow-ups
• Maintain strict compliance in handling customer documentation
• Avoid direct cash handling; ensure adherence to collection protocols
• Prepare weekly activity plans and performance reports
• Conduct regular client meetings as per product guidelines
• Ensure all loan bookings comply with internal policies and regulations
• Continuously update product knowledge and gather client feedback
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to management
• Adhere to State Bank regulations and internal compliance standards

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred)
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in field-based sales environment
