About the Role

Join Meezan Bank Limited as a Relationship Manager – SME, where you’ll play a key role in expanding and managing the bank’s SME portfolio. This position blends client relationship building with financial analysis, offering a dynamic career path in Islamic banking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 16 years of education in:
  • Commerce
  • Banking & Finance
  • Economics
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution
• ACCA qualification will be considered an added advantage

Experience Required

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in SME relationship management

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the SME portfolio by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate creditworthiness of SME clients
• Prepare and process credit proposals, ensuring smooth approvals and disbursements
• Monitor SME financing to ensure compliance with SBP regulations and bank policies
• Analyze regional SME portfolio performance, including risk and profitability metrics
• Perform client visits to assess business operations and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure proper documentation, security compliance, and adherence to Shariah guidelines
• Track utilization of financing facilities and assess industry trends

Skills & Competencies

• Strong grip on:
  • Financial analysis
  • SME sector dynamics
  • SBP prudential regulations
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles (preferred)
