We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Director (System Administrator – Microsoft Stack) to manage and maintain enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and email systems, ensuring secure and efficient IT operations.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Software Engineering
  • Or equivalent field (HEC recognized & attested)
• Master’s degree will be preferred

💼 Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (preferred)
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Windows Server deployment
  • Active Directory, DNS, PKI
  • Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Open-source platforms
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCP, Exchange Server will be an advantage

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Manage and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure
• Administer Active Directory, Domain Controllers & Group Policies
• Handle Exchange Server & email routing (on-premises)
• Implement and manage antivirus & patch management solutions
• Perform backup management & application whitelisting
• Ensure system security, availability, and performance optimization

📌 Terms & Conditions

• Position is contract-based with a 6-month probation period (extendable)
