We are seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Officer to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
π Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide safety training and awareness sessions to staff
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety practices
π Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (highly preferred)

Experience:
- Total Experience: 5β8 years
- Relevant Experience: 3β5 years in a similar role
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
