We are seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Officer to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Provide safety training and awareness sessions to staff
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety practices

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (highly preferred)
• Experience:
  • Total Experience: 5–8 years
  • Relevant Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
