This role blends market strategy, operational excellence, and people leadership to expand market share and strengthen distribution channels across your assigned zone.

  • Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets within the zone
  • Strengthen and manage franchise networks effectively
  • Ensure achievement of key distribution KPIs
  • Accelerate business growth through market share expansion (GSM & FS)
  • Develop and mentor high-performing sales teams

  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends for GSM & FS
  • Optimize territory planning and franchise profitability
  • Manage and maximize trade marketing investments
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales quality and channel efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Planning, Network, etc.)
  • Motivate teams and drive performance culture
  • Conduct market visits and ensure strong retail/franchise engagement
  • Maintain territory integrity and control market infringements

Education: Master’s degree from a reputable institution
Experience: Proven background in Sales & Distribution + Team Leadership
