READ Foundation is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Specialist / Data Analyst to join its team. This dual-role position requires strong expertise in payroll management along with advanced data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing while extracting valuable insights from complex datasets to support decision-making.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process employee payroll accurately in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Analyze payroll and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop advanced Excel models (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, complex formulas) to streamline operations.
- Generate reports and dashboards for data-driven insights and management decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and support audits.
π Required Qualification & Experience
- BBA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration and data analysis.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, automation, data visualization).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/software systems and accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
