🏢 Function: Finance & Control

Main Purpose of the Role:
The role focuses on delivering financial insights and governance across Supply Chain operations by acting as a strategic partner between Finance and Supply Chain teams. It aims to strengthen cost control, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement—especially in optimizing distribution costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to the Supply Chain function, providing actionable financial insights for operational and strategic decisions.
• Represent Supply Chain within the Finance Management team, collaborating with departments such as Taxation, Treasury, Planning & Control, and Decision Support.
• Act as the Finance & Control representative within the Supply Chain team, working closely with Customer Service, Procurement, Physical Logistics, and Supply Chain Development.
• Lead and support initiatives focused on distribution cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial objectives with business execution.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting standards, internal policies, and governance frameworks.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• CA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting
• Prior exposure to Supply Chain Controlling, Logistics, or Procurement is preferred
• Experience in cross-functional projects or initiatives will be an advantage
