Unilever is hiring an Assistant Project Delivery Manager – B&W to lead engineering projects and ensure efficient, safe, and timely execution. This role focuses on managing project delivery, optimizing resources, and supporting the broader engineering agenda across Pakistan and the PTAB B&W network.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Monitor and manage project cash flows
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Plan and allocate resources effectively
• Develop project timelines, networks, and conduct regular reviews
• Execute Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering activities
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedules
• Collaborate with finance teams for asset capitalization
• Work with global/regional teams on plant and site layouts
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards
• Manage suppliers, site visits, and payment processes
• Evaluate technical bids and develop procurement plans
• Minimize disruption to ongoing plant operations
• Implement EEM 7-step methodology for major projects
• Ensure proper project handover with full documentation

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience (preferably in FMCG industry)

• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & project tools
• Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
