Step into a role where customer experience meets strategy. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you’ll orchestrate impactful campaigns, elevate service standards, and bring the brand closer to its customers through meaningful interactions and smart marketing initiatives.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to plan and execute training programs
• Align with regional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation
• Develop presentations showcasing marketing achievements and service strategies
• Review and enhance customer service manuals, TATs, and operational standards

Marketing, Branding & CRM

• Analyze customer insights to shape targeted engagement strategies
• Drive CRM initiatives and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Oversee development of marketing materials including ads, press releases, and campaigns
• Manage design and distribution of giveaways for new and existing customers

Campaigns & Event Management

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, especially during peak seasonal cycles
• Coordinate with marketing and brand teams for campaign development
• Liaise with vendors and regional teams for seamless execution
• Build brand preference through impactful on-ground activations

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education)

💼 Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer engagement, marketing, or related roles

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Strong marketing and brand management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
• Solid understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently
