๐ Role Overview
Step into a strategic leadership role where cybersecurity meets innovation. As the Unit Head โ Cyber Security Assurance & Resilience, you will architect and lead enterprise-wide security frameworks, strengthen resilience strategies, and drive AI-powered threat intelligence in one of Pakistanโs leading Islamic banks.
๐ Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (Masterโs preferred) in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered a plus

๐ผ Experience Required
- 10โ15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity

- Design and implement enterprise cybersecurity frameworks with continuous monitoring and control effectiveness
- Lead cyber resilience strategies, including disaster recovery and incident response planning
- Leverage AI/ML technologies for proactive threat detection and automated response
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support internal/external audits
- Present cybersecurity risk insights and resilience metrics to senior leadership
- Oversee third-party security assessments and embed security across all tech initiatives
- Mentor teams and guide stakeholders on evolving cyber and AI-driven strategies
