Packages Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Team Lead – Internal Audit to oversee audit functions, ensure compliance, and enhance internal controls. The role requires strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience in audit processes within a manufacturing environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute audit fieldwork in line with approved audit plans and timelines
• Perform audit testing as per the internal audit plan
• Prepare and maintain audit exception databases
• Identify risks in audit observations and recommend corrective actions
• Provide process improvement suggestions to mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

🧠 Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• ACCA Member / CA Finalist / BSc / BBA
• 2–3 years of experience in Internal Audit (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficiency in MS Excel
