We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Assistant Manager IT – Retail Operations to oversee and optimize IT infrastructure across retail operations. The role requires hands-on expertise in network management, systems administration, and retail technology support to ensure seamless business operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN (MikroTik), firewall, and overall network infrastructure.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of POS systems, ERP platforms, inventory management systems, and retail applications.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
• Oversee servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email systems, and cloud environments.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols, perform system patching, manage backups, and lead disaster recovery planning.
• Supervise IT operations team, ensuring timely issue resolution and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including SLAs, SOPs, system reports, and asset registers.
• Lead IT infrastructure setup for new store launches and expansions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Strong command of network infrastructure and IT operations management.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA / CCNP (preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multi-location IT environments.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations and network infrastructure.
• Prior experience in the retail industry or managing multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
