We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support and streamline retail operations at the head office level. This role requires strong coordination skills, operational oversight, and hands-on experience with retail systems to ensure smooth store functionality and compliance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage in-store digital systems including screens, staff profiles, discount configurations, access controls, store hours, and key-holder records
- Act as the first point of contact (POC) for store-level concerns including technical issues, maintenance, and customer-related matters
- Oversee and manage the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues
- Maintain and update store communications, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Coordinate internal initiatives, events, travel arrangements, and employee recognition programs
- Support Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards
- Manage store-related orders while adhering to budget constraints
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 2–4 years in retail operations
- Hands-on experience with retail systems such as Odoo, RetailPro, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
