🚀 About ULIP (Unilever Leadership Internship Program)

The Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global early-career initiative designed to build future leaders through hands-on experience and real business exposure.

• 8-week intensive internship program
• Assigned to the IT / Digital & Technology function
• Work on live projects with real business impact
• Develop leadership, analytical, and technical skills
• Gain exposure to a global corporate environment

🎯 Who Can Apply?

We are looking for motivated students who are eager to understand how a global business operates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students currently in 3rd year of undergraduate degree, OR
• Students enrolled in a Master’s program
• Strong interest in IT, digital transformation, and business technology
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
