- Willingness to learn and develop skills in baking operations
🧁 Experience & Skills (Preferred)

- Familiarity with baking equipment (ovens, mixers, dough machines) is helpful
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

🧾 Job Responsibilities
- Assist bakers in preparing ingredients, mixing dough, and producing baked goods
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior bakers to ensure consistency
- Operate baking equipment under supervision and monitor baking times/temperatures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and storage areas
- Package and label finished products for display or distribution
- Support inventory tracking of ingredients and finished goods
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Baking Supervisor or management
