What is Officer Account Onboarding – MMBL?

The Officer Account Onboarding role at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient banking operations related to account opening and onboarding processes. The role ensures strict adherence to SBP/prudential regulations and internal bank policies while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SOPs, SBP regulations, and prudential guidelines
• Manage daily operational tasks and support implementation of internal SOPs for smooth banking operations
• Strong understanding of account opening policies, documentation requirements, and banking processes
• Review corporate and digital account opening documents for accuracy and completeness
• Handle queries, issues, and escalations via email with timely and effective resolution
• Coordinate with internal departments, branches, and stakeholders for operational support
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
• Provide backend support to branches and assist in resolving operational challenges
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to account opening and account maintenance systems
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, operational manuals, and compliance frameworks
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high service standards across processes

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking or operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable institute
