🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 AI/ML Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute AI/ML roadmap aligned with business priorities across retail banking, customer solutions, and predictive analytics
• Identify high-impact use cases and drive innovation in data-driven decision-making

🔹 Data & Model Lifecycle Management

• Oversee large-scale data preparation, identifying gaps, quality issues, and optimization opportunities
• Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle: from ideation → deployment → monitoring → retraining

🔹 Performance & Governance

• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track model performance, accuracy, and business impact
• Ensure compliance with SBP guidelines, ethical AI practices, and internal governance frameworks

🔹 Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Risk, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams to identify AI opportunities
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights

🔹 Innovation & Technology Integration

• Evaluate emerging technologies like Generative AI and LLMs
• Integrate AI solutions with existing banking systems for seamless operations

🔹 Project & Strategy Execution

• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
• Track progress against KPIs and deliver actionable insights to leadership

🎓 Qualifications

✔ Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

✔ Experience

• 8+ years in AI/ML, data science, or analytics
• 5+ years in leadership/management roles
• Strong preference for banking or financial services experience

💻 Technical Expertise

• Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) & SQL
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• MLOps tools: Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced ML techniques: Deep Learning, NLP, Anomaly Detection
• Proven delivery of production-grade AI solutions with real business impact
