Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold one of the following degrees from an HEC-recognized university:

• MBA / MBIT / M.Com
• Master’s in Banking, Finance, or Business-related fields
• OR 4-year BBA (Honours)

Candidates with bi-majors in Information Technology and/or Digital Banking will be preferred.

📊 Academic Requirement:

• Minimum CGPA: 3.00 (out of 4.0)
  OR
• At least 80% marks in final transcript

💼 Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience is not mandatory but may be considered an advantage
