Vital Petroleum is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager Engineering to lead and manage engineering operations, ensuring efficient execution of projects and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects, including fuel stations, upgrades, and infrastructure development
• Oversee project planning, design, execution, and timely completion
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project delivery
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, OGRA regulations, and company SOPs
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Identify process improvements and implement best engineering practices
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team

Requirements

Experience:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in engineering/project management
• Prior experience in OMC, construction, or infrastructure development preferred
• Strong leadership, project management, and technical decision-making skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Petroleum)
