Packages Group is hiring a Sales Coordinator – South Region to support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams, customers, and internal departments. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day operational activities
- Manage sales order processing and track delivery timelines
- Handle invoicing and customer payment follow-ups
- Maintain customer accounts, including credit/debit adjustments
- Support operational tasks related to IMS activities
- Assist in customer surveys, internal/external audits, and departmental follow-ups
- Ensure timely achievement of assigned operational objectives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BBA / BS (Hons) with 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel
