Packages Group is hiring a Sales Coordinator – South Region to support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams, customers, and internal departments. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day operational activities
• Manage sales order processing and track delivery timelines
• Handle invoicing and customer payment follow-ups
• Maintain customer accounts, including credit/debit adjustments
• Support operational tasks related to IMS activities
• Assist in customer surveys, internal/external audits, and departmental follow-ups
• Ensure timely achievement of assigned operational objectives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BBA / BS (Hons) with 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good presentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel
