The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring and managing surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of hotel premises, assets, and personnel. The role includes real-time observation, reviewing recorded footage, detecting suspicious activity, and reporting incidents in a timely and accurate manner.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded surveillance footage
• Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety risks
• Maintain continuous surveillance of assigned monitoring zones
• Operate CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment
• Record incidents and prepare clear, detailed reports
• Coordinate with security teams and law enforcement when required
• Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment and report faults
• Maintain daily logs of activities and incidents
• Follow established security policies, procedures, and protocols

🎓 Academic Qualification

• D.A.E (Diploma of Associate Engineering)
