The Manager Strategic Sales & Services will be responsible for building and expanding the company’s footprint in the corporate sector by acquiring new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and retention in the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management

Drive sales of Fixed Broadband solutions including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLC, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT services

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions based on client requirements

Identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages in the corporate sector

Acquire revenue-generating clients and expand corporate account portfolio

Strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
New Business Development

Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by management

Explore new revenue streams through existing and potential clients

Develop and maintain strong business relationships within the corporate sector

Ensure timely resolution of client issues to support new activations and referrals
Revenue & Growth

Ensure revenue targets are met and sustained as per management expectations

Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Expand client revenue base through strategic engagement and solutions
Customer Retention & Churn Management

Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, including root-cause analysis

Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn

Resolve service, billing, and operational issues to maintain client satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science)
Experience
-
5–8 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or corporate services
