🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 14 years of education (Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking & Trade Operations
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, policies, and procedures

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

🔍 Trade Documentation & Processing

• Scrutinize import/export trade documents before submission for execution
• Ensure all transactions comply with local & international regulations (SBP, FE Manual, ICC standards)

💱 Forex & Transaction Management

• Negotiate forex rates with treasury and customers within defined timelines
• Coordinate with trade services for timely execution of transactions

🤝 Client Relationship Management

• Deliver swift, reliable trade solutions with minimal turnaround time (TAT)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

📈 Reporting & MIS Development

• Develop and maintain MIS for processed and pending trade transactions
• Reconcile trade data with trade services records

🗂️ Compliance & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of all transactional documents
• Ensure all trade activities align with regulatory requirements

⏱️ Operational Efficiency

• Route transactions before cut-off times; manage exceptions with proper approvals
• Ensure all daily transactions are completed within the same business day
