🔍 Key Responsibilities

📊 Enterprise Risk Analytics & Insights

• Design and enhance enterprise risk analytics including dashboards, KRIs/KPIs, trend analysis, and predictive models
• Translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
• Enable forward-looking risk assessment through advanced analytics and automation

⚙️ Risk Systems & Technology Enablement

• Drive automation and workflow optimization across ERM processes
• Collaborate with IT, data lake, and BI teams to strengthen risk data architecture
• Ensure timely execution of ERM system initiatives and enhancements

📘 Governance, Frameworks & Standards

• Lead development and governance of ERM frameworks, policies, and methodologies
• Establish a unified risk taxonomy and standardized risk practices
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory expectations

📢 Enterprise Reporting & Board Communication

• Oversee risk reporting for Board and senior management
• Deliver integrated, insightful, and strategic risk narratives
• Enhance visualization, storytelling, and reporting quality

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a central coordination hub across risk, IT, and business functions
• Strengthen enterprise-wide risk awareness and system adoption

🚀 Special Projects

• Lead cross-functional initiatives including system upgrades, data integration, and regulatory programs
• Drive GRC enhancements and automation strategies
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and Board-level initiatives

👥 Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across analytics, systems, and governance
• Build capabilities in data, technology, and risk methodologies
• Manage priorities to deliver on ERM’s strategic agenda

🎓 Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years in ERM, risk analytics, risk systems, or related domains
• Experience within financial services or large-scale corporate environments preferred
