QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

EXPERIENCE

3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end ERPNext / Frappe implementation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and deploy ERPNext modules including Inventory, Buying, Selling, Accounts, Stock Ledger, Manufacturing, and HR & Payroll
• Conduct on-site requirement gathering sessions with operations, warehouse, and finance teams in Lahore
• Manage data migration from legacy systems and Excel files (SKUs, suppliers, customers, opening balances, etc.)
• Align Chart of Accounts with Beaconhouse Group standards using provided templates
• Develop up to 10 custom Script Reports or Query Reports based on business requirements
• Deliver on-site training sessions for warehouse, procurement, sales, and accounts teams
• Prepare concise system documentation and module-wise configuration guides for handover
• Provide 2 weeks of post go-live support for issue resolution and system tuning
• Work closely with BT project lead and client-side teams throughout implementation

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong hands-on expertise in ERPNext Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting modules
• Proven experience in data migration using CSV imports and/or APIs
• Ability to create Script Reports and perform basic server-side customizations
• Experience with self-hosted ERPNext deployments (Bench, Docker, or manual installation)
• Familiarity with Pakistani tax structure (FBR, Sales Tax) is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be based in Pakistan and available for on-site work in Lahore
