In Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL), the Relationship Officer – Deposit Banking is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships for deposit products. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, retaining existing customers, and ensuring effective delivery of deposit banking solutions.

You will play a key role in driving liability growth, deposit mobilization, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and compliance with bank policies.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Execute customer acquisition strategies to build a strong liability portfolio and support team growth targets
Develop and maintain CALSA / SA / Term Deposit (TD) customer portfolios within defined timelines
Achieve assigned product-wise portfolio targets (CALSA, SA, TD) on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Build and manage a deposit mobilization team including freelancers and brand ambassadors (up to 25 members)
Ensure optimal portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposits
Drive cost-effective deposit growth through multiple account strategies
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and branch coordination standards
Maintain daily NTB (New-to-Bank) account opening and deposit mobilization targets
Identify client needs and coordinate with Relationship/Branch Managers for solutions
Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base
Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies for customer retention
Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve complaints promptly
Perform any additional tasks assigned by line manager

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of deposit banking products and operations
Knowledge of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) and deposit growth fundamentals
Preferably 1+ year of experience in sales, retail banking, or financial services
Strong communication, relationship management, and customer handling skills
