📌 Job Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, sorting, storage, picking, and dispatch operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain product quality and reduce damage/expiry
• Monitor daily operations, resolve issues quickly, and ensure effective manpower utilization across shifts
• Control wastage, shrinkage, and product damages while ensuring accurate order fulfillment
• Coordinate with logistics for vehicle placement, loading plans, and dispatch schedules
• Supervise loading activities ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper product handling
• Ensure timely dispatch of store orders with proper stock verification before vehicle release
• Monitor inbound/outbound flow and escalate delays or operational issues immediately
• Assign and supervise platform staff during shifts in line with SOPs and safety standards
• Coordinate with QA teams for inspections and quality checks
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-compliant stock for corrective action

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Intermediate qualification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse/operations/supply chain
