🚀 Key Responsibilities

Manage complete procurement cycle of medicines in alignment with organizational (IHHN) policies and regulatory requirements

Ensure continuous availability of critical, emergency, and routine medicines to avoid stock-outs

Coordinate with approved vendors, manufacturers, and authorized distributors for timely procurement

Prepare comparative statements (CS), evaluate quotations, and process purchase orders (POs) efficiently

Monitor medicine consumption trends and collaborate with pharmacy and warehouse teams for demand forecasting

Maintain accurate procurement documentation, batch tracking, and ensure full audit compliance

Conduct vendor performance evaluations and analyze market pricing trends for cost optimization
