🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete procurement cycle of medicines in alignment with organizational (IHHN) policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure continuous availability of critical, emergency, and routine medicines to avoid stock-outs
• Coordinate with approved vendors, manufacturers, and authorized distributors for timely procurement
• Prepare comparative statements (CS), evaluate quotations, and process purchase orders (POs) efficiently
• Monitor medicine consumption trends and collaborate with pharmacy and warehouse teams for demand forecasting
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, batch tracking, and ensure full audit compliance
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and analyze market pricing trends for cost optimization
• Handle urgent and emergency procurement requirements with speed and accuracy
