The HR Business Partner will provide comprehensive HR support to the Manufacturing Division, ensuring effective people management, improved workforce performance, and compliance with company policies and best HR practices. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR interface for the Manufacturing Division, providing guidance, support, and advisory on all HR matters
- Ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to develop manpower planning and budgeting for short-, medium-, and long-term workforce needs
- Identify training needs and support the development of annual training plans and budgets
- Facilitate the annual performance management cycle, ensuring timely and effective completion across teams
- Assist in defining SMART KPIs aligned with organizational strategy for all employees
- Support quarterly talent reviews and succession planning initiatives for high-potential employees
- Conduct performance management training sessions and guide managers on feedback and coaching techniques
- Support recruitment and selection processes for both internal and external hiring needs
- Lead disciplinary and grievance investigations in accordance with company policies, recommending appropriate actions where required
- Coordinate with Employee Services for onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews
- Partner with Culture & Engagement teams on employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans to improve satisfaction scores
- Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution in line with HR policies and standards
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 4–6 years of experience
OR - Master’s/Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline with 2–4 years of experience
