Required Education & Experience
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Preference: Candidates with experience in large or public sector organizations.
Competency Requirements
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPRA Rules, contract law, and public sector procurement frameworks.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of ethics and accountability.
Approach: Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented multitasking.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Implement and manage procurement/contracting strategies aligned with PCB objectives.
Manage sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contracting processes across diverse categories.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, PPRA Rules, and legal frameworks.
Evaluate and manage supplier contracts to ensure performance, value, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operational teams for contractual alignment.
Maintain accurate records and a central repository of all procurement documents for audit readiness.
