🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including workshops, sessions, and Pitch/Forge Days
• Lead student recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and attendance tracking
• Support career development initiatives for participants
• Coordinate logistics for guest lectures, industry talks, and field activities
• Build and maintain a strong mentor network
• Manage and coordinate the mentorship program
• Drive industry and partner outreach activities
• Maintain and analyze KPIs and reporting data (registrations, completions, placements, startup progression, sessions conducted)
