📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Category Specialist – Fruits & Vegetables to support category growth, ensure strong supply chain performance, and drive commercial excellence within the platform.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Assist Category Manager in executing buying & merchandising strategies
• Drive Commercial KPIs including Sales, Margin, and Supply Chain efficiency
• Support sourcing activities and supplier development initiatives
• Ensure 100% shelf availability through proactive supply chain management
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis with quick response strategies
• Collaborate with Sales team for B2B customer development
• Manage in-store merchandising with Store Operations & Merchandising teams
• Oversee end-to-end promotions (pricing, stock control, execution & post-analysis)
• Ensure compliance with tendering and negotiation SOPs
• Maintain complete audit documentation (tenders, pricing, supplier records)
• Initiate new category growth projects for revenue expansion

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (from a recognized university)

💼 Experience

• 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience
