The Relationship Officer Asset plays a key role at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. in building strong customer relationships and driving asset sales growth. The role focuses on understanding customer financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and ethical lending practices.

You will act as a trusted financial partner, supporting clients in accessing loan products, managing repayments, and improving their overall banking experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as per SOPs
• Promote and sell banking products ethically and responsibly
• Ensure quality lending practices (avoid cross-financing and unauthorized lending)
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits
• Assess customer profiles using credit evaluation principles (5 Cs of credit)
• Conduct physical verification of potential clients before loan approval
• Ensure timely loan recovery and proactive follow-ups with clients
• Guide customers regarding repayment procedures and banking discipline
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to line management
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product programs
• Maintain strict compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and SOPs
• Safeguard customer documents and prevent misuse or fraud
• Report suspicious activities or potential risks to management
• Continuously improve product knowledge and market awareness
• Ensure high service standards with zero customer complaints

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Interest in sales, banking, and customer relationship management
